• Skilled Nursing – Registered nurses provide patient/family nursing assessments and formulate a personalized clinical plan of care for the patient’s individualized needs.
• Physical Therapy – Physical Therapists provide rehabilitating treatments to help restore the patient to his/her maximum lvel of physical functioning.
• Occupational Therapy – Occupational Therapists provide activities designed to improve physical and psychosocial functioning including the instruction of the patient and family in adaptive equipment usage.
• Speech Therapy – Speech Therapists provide treatment for communication disorders including patient, family and other health care staff in methods of speech and language improvement.
• Medical Social Worker – Medical Social Workers provide help to the patient and family to adjust to illness and/or treatment and to facilitate referral to community resources as appropriate. Services include: financial and transportation assistance, couseling and evaluations
• Home Health Aide – Home Health Aides work under the direction of a Registered Nurse of Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapist, providing services such as bathing, feeding, and assistance with ambulation.
